About Kyle

Kyle Josko is a Realtor and Buyer Specialist with Houwzer servicing the South Jersey region. Prior to joining Houwzer, Kyle was an agent with Keller Williams in Medford, NJ. Kyle is extremely passionate about real estate, and thoroughly enjoys the thrill of the hunt, stopping at nothing to find his clients their perfect forever home. Having a background in carpentry as well, Kyle has a great eye for helping his clients envision the full potential of a house. Kyle received a B.A. in Global Studies and Business from Loyola University Maryland, and has a special place in his heart for the city of Baltimore. 

In his spare time, Kyle loves to travel and be outdoors. Whether he is hiking, kayaking, or building the perfect camp fire at his log cabin, Kyle is in his element when he is surrounded by nature. His ultimate goal is to find the perfect piece of land in the Poconos, and reconstruct a historic log home on the property. Real estate is always on his mind, and this passion, as well his drive to go above and beyond, is why he is so loved by his clients. A lifelong resident of South Jersey, Kyle currently resides in Medford Lakes with his girlfriend and their two dogs and two cats.
