About Jason

Jason is the VP of New Markets. Prior to becoming the VP of New Markets, Jason worked as the Director of New Markets and as a Regional Sales Manager for the Philadelphia Suburbs team – bringing over 15 years of hard-won real estate expertise from assisting both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Real estate is his second career, following a very successful first career in tech. He has lived in the western suburbs for nearly 25 years, knows them very well, and brings that suburban knowledge to helping buyers locate their perfect home. Jason is licensed in both Pennsylvania & Delaware and is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR), and PA Notary Public. He is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors (GPAR), Suburban West Realtors Association (SWRA) and New Castle County Board of Realtors (NCCBOR). Jason has dual degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Maryland. He currently resides in Reading with his wife, who also happens to be a licensed realtor, and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.
