About Ryan

Ryan Gawens is a Title Closing Coordinator at Houwzer. After graduating from Temple University with a Bachelors in Business Administration, he started his career in Property Management, taking him to Washington DC and eventually Denver, Colorado. After moving back to the City of Brotherly Love, he continued his growth in real estate working as a Closing Officer for new construction homes. 

Outside of work, you can find Ryan traveling, running, and being active, as well as spending time with his family and friends.
