What's the $2,500 rebate?

When you buy and sell with Houwzer, you automatically receive a $2,500 rebate equal to half the listing fee. That’s $2,500 in addition to how much you save by listing with Houwzer for a flat fee of $5,000 – money you can use toward your down payment, closing costs, whatever you want.
