What if I buy a home with Houwzer before I sell?

If you buy a home first, we'll refund $2,500 of the listing fee at the settlement of your Houwzer listing.

Can I work with the same agent for buying and selling?

No, buying homes and selling homes are very different processes. Our agents are highly trained experts who specialize in one side of the transaction. This provides you with a knowledgable advisor who is best equipped to take on the unique hurdles you may encounter on each side. You are in better hands with our listing agents who only focus on selling homes and buyer agents who only focus on buying homes.

Does the Bundle rebate ever expire?

There is no expiration date on rebate at this time. If you end up not buying a home you can always gift your rebate to a friend or family member.

How do I gift my rebate to a friend or family member?

You will be given a Bundle ID Number. When your friend or family member is ready to purchase they will tell us know your name and ID number to use the rebate.

Are there restrictions to home purchases I can use my rebate on?

Yes, the rebate is only valid on a purchase with a minimum $5,000 Buyer Broker commission offered by the listing brokerage. For example, any home that sells for over $166,667 and is offering a 3% Buyer Broker commission would satisfy the requirement. Any home that sells for over $200,000 and is offering a 2.5% Buyer Broker commission would satisfy the requirement as well.

Where can I buy a home with my rebate?

Can I use more than one rebate to buy the same home?

Only one rebate may be used per purchase.

Can I sell my rebate for cash?

Unfortunately, your rebate may not be bought or sold. However you can gift it to a friend or family member for their home purchase.
