About Matt

Matthew “Matt” Kalogeras is a Licensed Realtor and Listing Specialist for Houwzer, LLC. Following a successful career in corporate sales and after investing in real estate for over fifteen years, Matt realized his true passion and became a Realtor. His warm and charismatic manner and attention to detail are ideally suited to assist his clients in reaching their goals. 

Matt graduated from SUNY Brockport with a BS in Physical Education and Coaching. He currently resides in the Annapolis area with his wife and two daughters. In addition to fitness, Matt also enjoys traveling, eating, and the beach.
