Sellers pay a 1% listing fee rather than the traditional 2.5–3% seller’s agent commission, which can save most sellers thousands at closing. Our full-service listing includes professional photography, MLS listing, pricing strategy, negotiation, and agent support through closing.

It depends on the seller. If the seller is offering a buyer’s agent commission, you may pay nothing — and in some cases may even be eligible for a rebate.
