Allison was quoted extensively, offering guidance to home sellers who are looking for tips to sell their home faster. She noted that the market has shifted a bit, so sellers need to make sure the key mechanics of the houser work – not leaving things like the plumbing or the appliances for future homeowners to deal with.
“Buyers can be a little pickier right now,” she explains. “They want to know that things are well-maintained.”
