Real Leaders has announced their 2023 Impact Awards list, and Houwzer-Trelora has been recognized as #4 in the category of real estate, and is ranked #115 overall.
The Impact Awards are ranked using the “Force for Good” score as developed by B Corp. A B Corp certified company is a company that voluntarily meets the highest standards for social and environmental performance, operating in a way that betters communities and the world as a whole.
The top 300 companies made the list thanks to their positive impact on the world and commitment to incorporating social and environmental impact alongside profits. Other 2023 awardees include Warby Parker, Avocado Green Mattress, Patagonia, and Sweetgreen.
Houwzer is thrilled to be included on the list among these globally-recognized heavyweights, and it’s a testament to the company’s firm commitment to the B Corp ethos. Houwzer has been a Certified B Corp since 2016, making it the first real estate company in the world to achieve this status. Since then, Houwzer has remained dedicated to industry disruption – with the goal of changing the industry for good.
