Houwzer is excited to announce that Andrew Daley will be stepping into the role of Chief Marketing Officer and joining the company’s executive leadership team as of April 2022. Daley’s hire comes at the perfect time for the Philadelphia-based startup as it enters the next phase of growth on its way to becoming a national brand. Daley will be helping Houwzer scale market-to-market operations and build both a disruptive and mission-oriented, consumer-facing brand.
In the search for a CMO, Daley immediately stood out thanks to his 20+ years of experience driving growth in highly-competitive industries. Most recently, Andrew was the head of marketing at Hana, a CBRE company that redefined the flexible office space experience. Prior to Hana, Andrew was Global Head of Marketing for Zipcar and has held key marketing positions at Starwood Hotels, Reebok, and several online travel and start-up brands.
“I’ve always been interested in real estate,” Daley says about his decision to join Houwzer. “Having been through the home buying process myself, I thought that someone needed to create a better way. After spending time with members of the Houwzer team, I could see a seasoned team with a unique and disruptive approach. The more I learned, the easier the decision became to join.”
Daley’s hire comes at a strategic point for the growing company. In February, Houwzer announced $118 million in Series B financing, which included $18M in equity and a $100M warehouse line of credit. The real estate world has been in flux as a result of rapidly rising home price appreciation. However, Houwzer is uniquely positioned to help consumers navigate the crazy market with innovative new product offerings such as Buy Before You Sell, Cash Advantage, and Convenience Offers.

Andrew holds an MA in Global Marketing from the European Institute of International Communications in Maastricht, The Netherlands, the international branch of Emerson College. Andrew, his wife, and their three daughters currently reside in Boston.
